Through the portal your care team can operationalize the patient’s care plan, schedule customized patient surveys, and add important reminders to their calendars. They can make secure video calls to remotely evaluate a patient’s progress, assess their needs and make more informed decisions around the care plan. You can choose to have your patient video calls recorded to support your care documentation.

The system then emails them a HIPAA compliant patient interaction report to support care documentation and billing using their primary EMR solution.

Upon receiving permission from the patient, INVU Care will invite the patient’s family members to download the Family mobile app. This app is available for both iOS or Android devices.
With the app, Family members can make secure video calls from their mobile phone or tablet directly to the patient kiosk. They can also send messages, view the patient’s calendar, add their own calendar events, upload pictures to the picture rotator, and review and respond to Care Journal updates created by your care team.
Each patient will receive a secure, dedicated kiosk connected to the INVU Care Network. Through the kiosk, the patient, family members and care team are all connected and thus able to easily communicate patient care needs and important feedback..
