Rick Slager

FOUNDER, CEO

Rick is an experienced Chairman/CEO/President; creating, building, and managing profitable, high-growth, focused, private/public, post-acute healthcare services businesses. He has founded and managed a number of successful heath care services companies & taken several through their initial IPO’s. Rick received his B.S. & J.D. from the University of Notre Dame.

Rob Rossi

CO-FOUNDER, CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Rob is a leading health care industry expert in Post Acute healthcare systems. He has helped develop post acute applications, led healthcare information system implementations, developed 3 – 5 year strategic plans for EMR providers, and consulted on new home care products. He has developed competitive analysis for new and existing innovative healthcare technology products.

Tiana Zang

CHIEF SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER

Tiana has worked in the healthcare field for over 13 years. Having been the primary caregiver to both her parents until they passed, she has a deep connection and commitment to caring for people with chronic or life-limiting illnesses. Most recently, Tiana founded Sage Hospice and Palliative Care in March of 2013 and, under her leadership, grew it to be the third largest Hospice in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

Jerry Morgan

CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER, INTERIM CFO

Jerry is an attorney with 20-years experience in corporate work. While starting in private practice, Jerry moved to an in-house counsel position for a Fortune 500 company in the mid-2000s. Jerry worked primarily on high-profile projects, leading a $430M workout, $35M collection from insurance carriers, and $20M reconstruction project. Jerry has also worked as General Counsel for a Lloyd’s based insurance company and for a Phoenix-based hospice, additionally serving as its Chief Financial Officer. Jerry received his B.B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and J.D. & M.B.A. from Arizona State University.

Timothy Ihrig, M.D., M.A.

Timothy Ihrig, M.D., M.A., is a palliative care physician. Dr. Ihrig cares for the most vulnerable and sick individuals. His expertise is understanding risk as applied to healthcare systems, payers and providers, its effect on micro- and macro-economics, population health, regulatory compliance and their interactions. Dr. Ihrig’s featured TED talk has been viewed more than one million times globally.

Sara Hunt

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Sara’s career has been dedicated to empowering positive aging for seniors so they are able to live a fulfilled and meaningful life. For her, signing on with INVU is rare opportunity to offer care and connectedness to the most vulnerable. “I have always had a genuine respect for the aging and sincerely feel that there is a need to recognize them as respected members of our society.”
